CEI has grown into one of the nation’s largest minority owned fuel distribution companies.</div> <div> CEI’s goals are to distribute/supply fuel to airlines, railroads, heating oil companies, fleets and various other users in search of competitive prices. We are also a natural gas marketing company serving commercial businesses and industries with natural gas supplies.
